Doctors
The Practice was founded in the 1940’s in the Westminster area and we moved to our current purpose built premises, with full disabled access facilities, in the heart of Ellesmere Port in September 1992.
The Practice is managed by our partners who are available for appointments as stated below.
Please note that doctors are required to attend training and meetings so they may not always be available in which case you will be offered an appointment with an alternative doctor.

Specialist areas
Our doctors specialise in certain areas in addition to their general practice responsibilities.
Training: Since the early seventies the practice has been committed to the training of Medical Students and General Practitioner Registrars. Sometimes it may be requested that your consultation be videoed. This is for training purposes and will only be viewed by the GP registrar and her/his trainer.

The administration staff include a practice manager Becky Sutton, Team leader Amy Roberts a practice secretary, 7 full time admin team members and 1 admin apprentice.
Admin Team functions
The Admin Team has a difficult job to do and are here to help you. They will assist you in making appointments, requests for home visits, answering enquires and they perform many other administrative duties.
Please remember that if you are kept waiting or seem to be asked one or two personal questions they are carrying out our policy which is aimed at making the Practice run smoothly. They have to judge the urgency of requests so please try to give the information they require. They have been told to elicit this and are not being nosy.
The Admin Team is bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the Doctors and Nurses.
Additional Roles
As part of the One Ellesmere Port Network we are able to recruit additional roles into primary care to help create a bespoke multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of the local population and support patients where it is most needed.
